The hit-and-run left a 5-year-old girl fighting for her life.
Police on scene tell CBS3 a woman was struck and killed by the vehicle and the driver took off.
Meanwhile, at the scene in Roxborough, there's little surprise that there was an accident at this intersection.

Authorities say two cars were involved in a crash at the intersection of East Chelten Avenue and Ardleigh Street.
Police are still searching for the suspect in the hit-and-run.
