Police say both bicyclists were hit at the intersection of Bustleton and Cottman Avenues, right outside the entrance to the Roosevelt Mall, around 1 a.m. Monday.

The hit-and-run left a 78-year-old man critically wounded.
Detectives say the car hit a 78-year-old man last Saturday at Carpenter Station Road and Valley Run Drive.
Police released a photo of the woman and a tattoo of hers in hopes the public could help identify her.
