CBS Philadelphia spoke to the older brother of one of the teen football players who were shot.
Councilmember Isaiah Thomas and other city leaders are planning to release the report on Tuesday.
The order bans guns and other deadly weapons from city parks, recreational facilities, playgrounds and pools. It makes no exceptions for people with permits to carry.
Tuesday night's meeting will be held at the City School on North 24th Street from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Police say it happened around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of Edgewood Street.
Investigators say the shooting happened on the same block where the victim lives.
No arrests have been made.
Police transported him to Presbyterian Hospital where he was placed in critical condition.
Tiffany Fletcher died in September 2022 when she got caught in the crossfire of a shooting outside of her job at Mill Creek Rec Center.

Police say two men were shot. One of them was rushed to Presbyterian Hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later.
The shooting happened around 1 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of West Girard Avenue and Broad Street.
A car was riddled with bullet holes on the 1800 block of Stenton Avenue.
