Frankford is one of the latest communities to be hit by gun violence in Philly. A quadruple shooting over the holiday weekend left a man dead three others injured.

Detectives say 28-year-old Sean Rivera put fentanyl in his mother's iced tea before shooting her.

Police identified the suspect as 53-year-old Jose Ortiz Rodriguez.
