Police said a white gunman killed three Black people in a racially-motivated attack at a Dollar General store in Jacksonville, Florida. CBS New York's Christina Fan reports.

Police said it's believed 10 victims were adults and the other is a juvenile.
The two who were wounded were 2 and 13, authorities said. Both were in stable condition. A suspect is in custody.
