While Lure Fishbar has a pretty sweet lunch menu that we've featured here in the past, the Restaurant Week lunch menu is no slouch, either. Start with chowder, salmon tartare, fresh oysters or shrimp tempura, and move onto the main course and choose from branzino, fish&chips, grilled salmon, or a sushi combo. Don't forget dessert: homemade ice cream sandwiches, the trend of the moment, call to you.
Delmonico's

It's undeniable that Delmonico's, one of the oldest restaurants in the country, changed the face of food forever. The Delmonico cut of steak originated here; lobster newburg is also credited to Delmonico's, and even the Baked Alaska dessert is noted to have been created here. While all three of those items are available on the Restaurant Week lunch menu (for a supplemental fee), even without them - or with perhaps just one, as a special treat - the menu is enticing. Steak frites would be enough to make anyone happy, so why not you?

If ever there were an institution, it's The Russian Tea Room. Start with a bowl of their glorious borscht (pictured), a bright soup made with beets that will tantalize your taste buds and prime them for the next course. Choose from vegetable ravioli, hanger steak, farmed striped bass, or chicken a la czar - a dish fit for a, well, czar! Finish strong with dessert in the form of a raspberry filled chocolate mousse pyramid, and consider it a life well-lived.
