A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by an Illinois man who alleged that Buffalo Wild Wings' use of the term "boneless wings" was deceptive.
The lawsuit also alleges that lawyers have been barred from entering the facility in the Everglades and that officials have "made it virtually impossible for detainees, or their counsel, to file documents required to contest their detention with the immigration court."
More than 50,000 claims have been filed against the company, mostly on behalf of women who developed ovarian cancer.
The settlement covers U.S. residents who owned an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus between September 16, 2016, and January 3, 2023, and reported a covered issue to Apple or paid the company for repairs.
