Police say two incidents happened at about 4 p.m. on Jan. 5 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 6.
The new Shelby Township Library has been damaged after frozen pipes burst on Christmas Eve. Officials are working with the township's insurance carrier to respond to the damage.
