Two men died after the helicopters they were piloting collided midair in Hammonton, New Jersey on Sunday, Dec. 28.
In January, 67 people were killed when a U.S. Army helicopter and an American Airlines flight collided.
Everyone on board was killed in the crash.
The Chicago Skyway is one of 68 bridges nationwide the National Transportation Safety Board be evaluated as soon as possible to gauge its risk of collapse.
The NTSB is urging immediate action to avoid another mid-air disaster near Reagan National Airport. The January collision between an Army Blackhawk helicopter and an American Airlines jet left 67 people dead. Officials now recommend the FAA permanently ban operations on some helicopter flights at the airport because of the risk of more collisions.
The NTSB pointed to three factors for the crash.
