A man suspected of a bank robbery is facing multiple charges stemming from an incident last month in which he allegedly tried to shoot and disarm Joliet police officers who arrested him.
An armed bank robbery in DuPage County may have triggered a SWAT situation 25 miles west in a warehouse in the Hermosa neighborhood. It all unraveled Thursday morning and now, several suspects are in police custody. All are believed to be tied to the robbery. CBS 2's Andrew Ramos spoke to witnesses who said things got chaotic leading up to those arrests.

Investigators are not saying how much, if any, money was stolen – or if they are still seeking the robber.
The bank at 55th Street and Cornell Avenue was held up Tuesday morning.
The FBI said around 4:40 p.m., the two robbers verbally demanded money while displaying guns.
The robbery happened at the Huntington Bank branch at 2920 W. Peterson Ave., at Richmond Street opposite Peterson Avenue from Mather Park.

Police say three men entered the bank and approached the teller – demanding money and brandishing an unknown-style firearm.
Sharon Carabine-Dierberger, 60, was taken into custody and that bag of cash was recovered.
No one was hurt in the robbery.
One of the robbers held the security officer at gunpoint while the other emptied out cash drawers, police said.
