A late-winter storm that buried parts of the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic swept into New England on Thursday, bringing snow, rain, strong winds, big waves and fears of coastal flooding.
This storm is a long duration event lasting 36-to-48 hours total.
This winter storm will mean several things for Southern New England...Heavy, wet snow, heavy rain/mix, damaging winds, coastal flooding and beach erosion.
