Volunteers continued searching for Athena Strand while there was daylight Thursday. They said they will continue searching Friday morning.
Athena Strand has still not been found, but authorities plan to continue searching overnight, Wise County Sheriffs said Thursday evening. An Amber Alert was issued earlier in the day and police believe she might be in danger.
