Chicago man charged in fatal shooting of Oak Park detective

Police said 52-year-old Victor Sessoms has been charged with one count of felony theft.
Police have said officers were investigating robberies near 55th and Pulaski, when they saw two suspects believed to be armed get into a Lexus and speed away.
Federal prosecutors said Earrious Moore stole three cars, tried to steal two others, and shot three people on the same afternoon on April 26, 2018.
Schaumburg police said they were conducting a thorough investigation late Monday.
