South Florida band teacher accused of having relationship with student

He also reported on a wide range of nature and environmental issues, such as the declining North Atlantic right whale population, cold-stunned sea turtles, and other marine life.

The 17-year-old unidentified shooting victim was rushed to a hospital to be treated for injuries.
