Dan Raby

Dan Raby, the senior digital producer for CBS News Atlanta, has been covering everything happening around Georgia for more than a decade.

A North Carolina native, he started his career working on the All Songs Considered and Tiny Desk Concerts at NPR Music before heading back South to work at WABE, Atlanta's NPR station. The siren call of TV journalism brought him to FOX 5 Atlanta, where he spent more than seven years reporting digital stories from courtrooms, at festivals, and inside Waffle Houses.

When he doesn't have his head in his laptop writing the latest update to breaking news, you can find Dan hiking in the Peach State's state parks or trying to find an elusive piece of Atlanta restaurant merchandise he has his eye on.
