Officers said there is no ongoing threat to the public and that the investigation remains ongoing.
Responding officers, with assistance from Haltom City Police, established a perimeter to initiate contact and begin negotiations with the suspect, officials said.

The suspect, identified as 30-year-old Mark Williams, of Grimes, Texas, is facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police said Garrett Michael Davis has been charged with felony voyeurism and placed on administrative leave.
The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board have been notified and will investigate the cause of the crash.
