The University of Virginia reinstated Phi Kappa Psi on Monday, nearly two months after the fraternity was suspended amid claims that its members raped a student. Rolling Stone, the publication who first publicized the alleged victim's claims, retracted its story after discrepancies were found. Police also said they could not find evidence of a crime. Julianna Goldman reports.

It was mentioned that they had seen and spoken to her the night of the assault. All three of their accounts of what happened that night were similar, but very different from Jackie's. A man shown on surveillance video apparently following missing University of Virginia student Hannah Graham told police he was trying to help the teen before he saw another man approach her and put his arm around her. In the surveillance video taken from a pizza shop on Charlottesville’s pedestrian mall early Saturday, he is seen stepping into a doorway as Graham walks past him. After she passes, he starts walking behind her.
