Republican lawmakers grilled IRS Commissioner John Koskinen after learning key emails linked to Lois Lerner went missing, and that her hard drive had been destroyed. The GOP believes the missing material could bolster accusations that Lerner and her department had placed extra scrutiny on Tea Party and other groups. Koskinen read emails from the IRS's IT department that seemed to rule out any foul play. Nancy Cordes reports.

Republican lawmakers are furious with the IRS for their claims that some of Lois Lerner's emails that are at the heart of a Congressional subpoena were lost. A new report finds that IRS employees who failed to pay their taxes, misused travel cards or even committed fraud still received more than $2.8 million worth of bonuses between 2010 and 2012. About 1,000 IRS employees owe back taxes -- roughly one percent of the agency’s workforce. Nancy Cordes reports.
