Former IRS official at center of political fight on Capitol Hill
Lois Lerner, a retired IRS official, has refused to testify for the past year about investigating the Tea Party. A House committee voted to ask the Justice Department to consider criminal charges against Lerner. "CBS This Morning" national correspondent Jan Crawford reports.
