Heavy rain hits Midwest
Heavy rain is pounding parts of the Midwest and raising new flood concerns. Roads have turned into rivers and much of the state is already underwater. The downpour follows days of severe weather that have already claimed 17 lives nationwide. Michelle Miller reports.
