Strong winds tore through a circus tent at the Lancaster, New Hampshire fairgrounds Monday evening, causing it to collapse. Two people were killed and more than two dozen were injured. CBS News correspondent Vladimir Duthiers reports.; at least 7 deaths in the Bronx have been linked to Legionnaire's disease. California is under a state of emergency, with mandatory evacuations in place for 25 wildfires burning across the state. The Rocky fire is the biggest and now covers 54,000 acres -- an area larger than the city of San Francisco. The fire has already destroyed two dozen homes and at least 6,000 more are in danger. Carter Evans reports from Clearlake, California.

California Governor Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency, as that state along with Oregon and Washington try to get a handle on a number of wildfires. The smoke and flames has claimed the life of one firefighter in Oregon, where the fire has forced evacuations and now spread to 800 acres. John Blackstone reports.
