Dozens of homes burn in California wildfires

California is under a state of emergency, with mandatory evacuations in place for 25 wildfires burning across the state. The Rocky fire is the biggest and now covers 54,000 acres -- an area larger than the city of San Francisco. The fire has already destroyed two dozen homes and at least 6,000 more are in danger. Carter Evans reports from Clearlake, California.
