Saget, 65, was found dead January 9 in a room at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando.
Bob Saget's family is suing a Florida sheriff and medical examiner to block the release of photos and video connected to the investigation into his death. A judge temporarily agreed, saying it would cause them emotional distress.
His family said releasing the records would cause "extreme mental pain, anguish, and emotional distress."
The "Full House" star died last month at the age of 65.
