Philadelphia has ended its nearly two-year-long snow drought, reporting 1.5 inches at the airport so far Tuesday morning. Boothwyn, near the Delaware state line, has nearly 3.5 inches. The Poconos got about a foot of snow with Saturday's storm, and several inches fell in areas across Bucks, Montgomery and Chester counties.
