It happened around 5 a.m. Sunday in the northbound lanes of 309 near the exit to the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Fort Washington.
Crews responded to the scene of an accident on Route 309 in Richland Township, Bucks County.
The accident forced the closure of all lanes of Route 309 in both directions between Tollgate and Station Roads.
