Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni said in a news conference Friday morning Hurts was "trending in the right direction."
"If he's ready to play, we'll play him," Nick Sirianni said of QB Jalen Hurts. Jasmine Payoute reports.
Hurts has missed the past two games -- both losses -- since he suffered a right shoulder sprain against the Chicago Bears in Week 15.
The question is still whether or not Jalen Hurts will play.
Jalen Hurts has missed the past two games with a shoulder injury as the Eagles still have a chance to lock up the No. 1 seed in the NFC and first-round bye in the playoffs.
The Eagles were shut out in the first half for the first time all season and their 10 points were their fewest all season.
Jalen Hurts was present for practice on Friday. It's unknown how much he did Friday with the team.
