Bryan Kohberger, 28, was arrested on a fugitive arrest warrant at his parents' home in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania,
Officials say the 20-year-old will be taken to Camden County Correctional Facility when he's released from the hospital.
No arrests have been made and no weapons were recovered.
Police say the incident remains under investigation and urge anyone with more information to come forward.
