Police are still searching for the five gunmen and one getaway driver.
Azim Mathis was leaving Tuesday's scrimmage when he heard the flurry of gunshots.
Police believe both the victim and the driver are students at the school.
"It does not feel like a city, it feels like a warzone," Einstein Medical Center Dr. Erica Harris said.
Investigators say all five victims were football players and were shot after a scrimmage.
"We work all across the country to suggest solutions and work together to end gun violence," Avery Hamel said.
Nicolas Elizalde was one of five teenagers shot after a football scrimmage at Roxborough High School.
Police say there is no threat to the school or students at the this time.
