Gov. Kathy Hochul is dropping a proposal that would have allowed commercial robotaxi service outside New York City.
The company is trying out eight cars equipped with cameras and a trained operator in the driver's seat in authorized areas of Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn. CBS News New York's Kristine Johnson reports.
