On Wednesday, a U.S. district judge rejected his motion to dismiss the lawsuit by Virginia Giuffre, who alleges he sexually abused her when she was 17.

Virginia Giuffre sued the prince in August, saying she was coerced into sexual encounters with the prince in 2001 by Epstein and his longtime companion, Ghislaine Maxwell.
The deal between Epstein and Virginia Roberts, now known as Virginia Giuffre, contained a paragraph that said it protects anyone "who could have been included as a potential defendant" from being sued by Giuffre.
Prosecutors argued Maxwell was Jeffrey Epstein's "right hand," who recruited and groomed teenagers to give Epstein massages for money, which they allege turned into sexual abuse.
