Sen. Chris Murphy, one of the architects of the failed bipartisan bill that tied Ukraine aid with border security, tells "Face the Nation" that he thinks the Senate is going to pass the Ukraine aid bill that the House advanced last week. "I think we're gonna get this done in the Senate by early to mid next week," Murphy said.
