Husband Arrested In December Death Of Woman In Bronx
NEW YORK (AP) -- A Bronx man has been arrested in the killing of his wife inside the couple's apartment last month.
Police say 37-year-old Tyesha Benson was found Dec. 29 in the bedroom of her Bronx apartment. She had suffered head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim's 48-year-old husband, Sidney Benson, was arrested Sunday on charges including murder and weapons possession.
No information on a lawyer for Benson was available.
