B&C Morning Show: Preparing For A Parade Down The Canyon Of Heroes

Craig declared early on that despite who you root for, today is a day for all New Yorkers to bow out their chests. The Super Bowl Champion New York Giants will make their way down the Canyon of Heroes  en route to City Hall, a celebration of their victory over the Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI.

Boomer of course called the game on the 'Dial Global Radio Network', so yesterday he watched the game film and concluded that it was a violent Super Bowl.  The Booms also referenced the 54 points allowed by the Giants defense throughout their magical playoff run and aptly labeled them an 'a-- kickin' defense.

So today is clearly a day to celebrate in New York - and New Jersey.  Following the celebration in the Big Apple, the Giants will make their way to Jersey to celebrate at MetLife Stadium with  Governor Chris Christie.

As for the Pats, they had themselves a party after their loss to the Giants to let off some steam and Rob Gronkowski and Matt Light took it as an opportunity to dance on stage without their shirts.  Boomer reflected on his night following the Bengals (Who Dey!!!) loss to the 49ers in Super Bowl XXIII back in 1989 - clearly not the fondest memory of the Blonde Bombers career...
