It is unclear whether the killing of "King of the Hill" voice actor Jonathan Joss will be considered a hate crime.
Jonathan Joss was known for lending his voice to the role of John Redcorn in the animated sitcom "King of the Hill."
San Antonio police say the son is being charged with capital murder and the father with helping the son move the bodies of Savanah Soto and her boyfriend, Matthew Guerra.
Two of the victims, who were killed in San Antonio, are believed to be the suspect's parents.
"If you are to get your vehicle stolen, I know it's frustrating, but please do not take matters in your own hands like this," a police spokesperson said.
An eyewitness described the "chaos" of the aftermath to CBS News. "I just remember the horrible screams of a child and a mother looking for her baby," she said.
