Two women got into a quarrel on the No. 29 State Street bus at 87th Street, and one of them pulled a gun.
Evidence markers were placed on the sidewalk where the victim, only described as a male, was walking along with a car with shot-out windows.
Officers were seen on State Street at Roosevelt Road, amid reports that a person of interest in an earlier shooting at Chicago and Wabash avenues may have been taken into custody on a CTA train. Kris Habermehl reports from CBS News Skywatch.
