Police said two men were on the Peoria Street bridge over the Eisenhower Expressway near the Blue Line UIC-Halsted stop when an argument escalated into a shootout.

On Friday, Davion Mitchell was found not guilty on all charges, including one count of first-degree murder and one count of aggravated battery.
