Chicago police say a 51-year-old man was arguing inside the building with someone he knew. A witness heard a loud noise, then saw the man on the floor who was shot in the back.
Tymarion Averyhart, 19, was arrested Thursday in the 1800 block of West Greenleaf Avenue.

In each incident, the burglar has pried open a door into a building, made his way into the laundry area, pried open the coin-operated laundry machines, and stolen the coins.
