The charges are related to a "burglary ring" for which three other people have been charged for stealing around $400,000 from businesses in several counties.

At least two tornadoes touched down in the suburbs Monday – including one that was caught on a homeowner’s security camera in Plainfield. CBS 2's Jermont Terry reports.
