The man pulled up on a bicycle and shot the teen in the torso, according to police.
The girl was near the parking lot of a business in the 2500 block of South Kolin Avenue when a man came by on a bicycle and shot her.
Police said the girl was shot around 5 p.m. in the 4000 block of West 26th Street.
No injuries were reported following house fire in Little Village Thursday.
