The National Social Club also left flyers in Ipswich and Hamilton earlier this month.
Anyone with information is asked to call Danvers Police.
Police are trying to identify the people responsible.
Arroyo, who is also running for district attorney of Suffolk County, filed a council order for public hearing on Tuesday.

As Bostonians got ready to celebrate the 4th, they voiced their opposition to the group.
President Biden traveled to Buffalo, New York, after 10 people were killed in a racially fueled mass shooting at a grocery store over the weekend. Mr. Biden called on people to come together and take a stand against white supremacy. CBS News' Michael George has more on the president's speech.
