The shooting happened Sunday around 1:15 a.m. at 18th and Blue Island in the Pilsen neighborhood.
During National Black Business Month, they're calling attention to Black business owners in the Chicago area.
McNair said he was told to have 2,000 sweet treats ready by Saturday.
The shooting took place inside the Deja Vu Showgirls, at 750 South Clinton, around 4 a.m.
