Santa Rosa police said the suspects were employees at a San Francisco adult entertainment venue that the victim, Mark Calcagni, managed.
A Stockton man was shot and killed during an argument early Saturday morning, police said.

The stabbing happened on Sept. 17, and police said the man was seen with another suspect before the stabbing happened.
Police said the girl told officials she was riding her scooter to school when someone grabbed the hood of her sweatshirt and tried to pull her.
Around 3:42 p.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of Almaden Expressway for a call regarding a firearm.
The group is made up of representatives from the city attorney and "other affected department heads," Lurie explained, and he said the group meets regularly to coordinate a policy response.

On Oct. 16, just after 11 a.m., police said a woman called 911 and reported that she had been shot on the 100 block of Forest Ridge Drive, and that she was on her way to a hospital.
Police said around midnight, officers responded to a vehicle fire near Ivory Court. Then, about 20 minutes later, they were alerted to another vehicle fire near McCloud Way.
He was identified as 84-year-old Jim Hamner, and foul play is not suspected, the sheriff's office said.
Protests took place in Sacramento, the state's capital, and in several Bay Area cities. Organizers estimate thousands of people gathered for the demonstrations.
Around midnight, officers responded to the 7700 block of 51st Avenue for reports of a shooting.
