A woman is facing federal charges after security agents discovered more than a dozen shirts soaked with methamphetamine inside her luggage at LAX earlier this month.
Los Angeles Police Department officers arrested an alleged shooting suspect in South Los Angeles following a pursuit on Monday evening.
The crash was reported just after 4 p.m. on the 110 Freeway and 91 Freeway connector road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 4:15 p.m. near Woodman Avenue and Roscoe Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Officers have not yet disclosed what the material is, but told KCAL News that it was a "slippery substance" that caused the closure because it caused an "immediate hazard."
Officers say that the body was found inside of a small space near a street light off the southbound 101 Freeway in Hollywood Hills.
