Once again the country is struggling to understand the acts of mass gun violence, after deadly attacks in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio. Twenty-nine people were killed in the shooting rampages just 13 hours apart. The FBI issued a warning overnight, saying "Violent extremists could become inspired by these and previous high-profile attacks to engage in similar acts of violence."
We’re learning more about the victims of the shooting rampage in El Paso Saturday in which 20 people died. They include a high school student, an Army veteran, and a mom who died protecting her baby. Janet Shamlian reports from El Paso with some of their stories.
