A beacon of hope in post-quake Haiti

In Port-au-Prince, ten years after Haiti's devastating earthquake, basic medical care can be almost impossible to find. But St. Boniface Hospital, in Fond-des-Blancs, has become a leading beacon for Haitian hope. For more than two million people on the island's southern peninsula, this is the only place to get an emergency C-section, and the only available neonatal intensive care unit. Jeff Glor visits to find out what makes this place work, when so many others have failed. GoFundMe: Crowdsourcing charity

In the old days people might have turned to the government or to charities such as churches for help; today the first place many people seem to turn to is GoFundMe, a crowdsourcing website, where anyone can appeal to the public to contribute money for pretty much anything – medical bills, disaster relief, funeral expenses, acts of kindness. "Sunday Morning" Contributor David Pogue examines the good will, and occasional fraud, on crowdsourcing sites, and looks at the economics of online charity.
