Biden preparing to mark 100th day in office

President Biden will mark his 100th day in office this week and will deliver his first address to a joint session of Congress. Ahead of the milestone, a CBS News poll found that 58% of Americans approve of the job Mr. Biden is doing so far. Biden recognizes "Armenian Genocide"

President Biden broke from his predecessors today by officially recognizing the 1915 mass killing of roughly 1.5 million Armenians by the Ottoman Empire as "genocide." Turkish officials quickly responded, denouncing Mr. Biden's statement. Doctor Bulent Aliriza is a senior associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies with a focus on U.S.-Turkish relations. Biden issues sanctions against Russia

President Biden signed an executive order authorizing sweeping sanctions against Russia on Thursday.
