A new report from the Wall Street Journal is raising questions about the safety of the air we breathe when we fly on commercial jetliners. The CBS News data team found Airbus accounted for about 61% of reported incidents last year. Kris Van Cleave reports.
Corrosion issues have been found on what Airbus calls a "limited population" of its A220 passenger jets, including some operated by U.S. airlines.
Boeing announced plans to buy back the bulk of supplier Spirit AeroSystems for $4.7 billion, and Airbus said it would purchase Spirit operations related to the European aerospace giant.
