Penn Hills High School teacher Josh Willy died in a crash on Friday morning after going over a hillside coming out of the Squirrel Hill Tunnel.
The crash happened on the ramp in Oakland around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday morning.
Many drivers had their tires flattened and spent hours waiting for tow trucks to assist them.
