A man was arrested after allegedly stabbing a girl at the Willow Grove Park Mall in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, police say.
To keep the Montgomery County shopping mall a family-friendly space, the Willow Grove Park will have a new parental supervision policy for visitors 18 and under starting Tuesday.
Starting on Tuesday, Oct. 1, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who's over the age 21 while visiting the Willow Grove Park Mall during certain hours. The rule applies Monday through Saturday after 5 p.m., and on Sundays after 3 p.m.
Niyah Thompson, who has a pop-up Dulce Candles inside the Cherry Hill Mall, opened her first specialty candle brick and mortar inside the Willow Grove Mall.
The suspect, Khalil Evans, has been charged with unlawful imprisonment of a child and harassment, police said.

Police said the suspect, Khalilh Evans, has a 28-page rap sheet. He's currently on probation in Philadelphia.
Police said one of the two suspects is now in custody.
