A man is in critical condition after being shot in a Wawa parking lot off Bristol Oxford Valley Road in Bucks County. The shooting happened in Bristol Township, just before midnight Thursday. Police believe the incident started as a verbal altercation that escalated into a physical fight. Investigators say the shooter remained on scene and has been cooperating with law enforcement.
The company voluntarily issued the recall on September 23.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.
